Refund Policy

At ARXON Luxury, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns are not accepted for used candles, opened perfumes, or damaged items due to customer mishandling.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at Contact@arxonluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arxonluxury.com with clear photos and order details.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
